Sourcing and Quality Control
We identify, qualify and onboard component suppliers across China, building a vetted network covering motors, controllers, displays, batteries, sensors and frames. Suppliers are evaluated on track record, QMS maturity and process capability.
Once production starts, we run Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) and Inline Inspection (II) with sampling plans aligned on ISO 2859-1 and AQL levels defined jointly. Inspections cover BOM compliance, FCT, AOI, burn-in, alignment and packaging, with a detailed report within two working days.
Quality & Reliability Audits
We audit your suppliers against PPAP, FMEA and 8D standards to prevent defects from reaching the field, where they drive after-sales costs and damage brand reputation. Scope spans design audits (DFMEA, MSA), production process audits against PFMEA, inline monitoring and root cause analysis after field claims.
Each engagement is tailored to the critical part being audited (motor, controller, display, battery, frame) and uses proven tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto and FTA. Findings come in a structured report with corrective actions tracked to closure.
New product R&D support
We support new e-bike components from concept to mass production, running the V cycle methodology with your team and our network of trusted Chinese manufacturers. Our engineers cover requirements, DFMEA, prototyping (CNC, 3D printing), qualification and certification, with day to day technical dialogue with supplier R&D in Mandarin.
Compliance is handled through trusted laboratories (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Laboratoires Pourquery) covering EN 15194:2017, CE, EMC, UN 38.3, IPC A 610 and UL. We then secure production slots and manage the ramp up so your launch dates hold.
Logistics & Supply Chain
We coordinate the full freight and customs chain between Asia and Europe across sea (FCL/LCL), air and rail, including HS code classification and customs clearance. Each shipment is benchmarked across our forwarder network and matched to your Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP).
We monitor on time delivery with your suppliers and anticipate seasonal bottlenecks (Chinese New Year, Golden Week). For urgent shipments we use the Chongqing to Duisburg rail corridor, and for landed cost optimization, fiscal representation and reverse charge VAT.
