Engineering & Project Management
Our team runs your development along the standard V cycle (requirements, system design, detailed design, integration, verification, validation), supported by structured project management tools (Gantt charts, action plans, PDCA, weekly and monthly reviews).

Material Selection & Product Qualification
We select the right materials with our suppliers and run the in house test campaign needed to qualify your product, including tuning, IP rating, mechanical stress, Shore durometer, burn in, and ageing tests.
Each campaign is built around the component’s failure modes and target use cases, with results consolidated into a qualification file you can rely on for design freeze and supplier sign off.
Compliance and certification
We select the right materials with our suppliers and run the test campaign needed to qualify your product (tuning, IP rating, mechanical stress, Shore durometer, burn in, ageing).
Compliance is handled through our network of international laboratories (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Laboratoires Pourquery) covering EN 15194:2017, CE, EMC, UN 38.3, IPC A 610 and UL, ensuring your product is launch ready in European and international markets.
Production planning and support
Once qualification is closed, we coordinate the production ramp up with the manufacturer, securing slots in the supplier’s schedule to protect your launch window. We anticipate seasonal bottlenecks and manage the transition from pilot run to mass production, so the launch dates you commit to your distributors are dates that hold.
